Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute authentic Thai menu items with a modern twist.
- Train, mentor, and oversee kitchen staff.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus.
- Manage inventory and ensure cost-effective operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
- Expertise in Thai or Southeast Asian cuisine.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Culinary degree preferred but not required.
